GTM Enablement Program Manager, Systems & Product

📋 Description

• Own product enablement engine and GTM readiness for product launches
• Build and maintain product training curriculum in LMS and Content Hub
• Run live product enablement sessions, workshops, and demos
• Own GTM knowledge system with scalable information architecture and governance
• Manage content lifecycle and operationalize canonical GTM content
• Build for humans and AI in structuring GTM knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, or related role in
• Experience owning product enablement programs including launches, training, and communications
• Experience building or managing product training for Sales or GTM audiences
• Strong technical curiosity to understand technical products
• Ability to translate complex product information into practical seller guidance
• Experience organizing and maintaining GTM knowledge or content systems
