📋 Description

  • Organize and maintain enablement materials for sales and trainees.
  • Improve and standardize client-facing and internal templates and decks.
  • Support and coordinate sales/trainee participation in client visits; manage logistics.
  • Manage projects to implement/ enhance sales tools; optimize ROI with AI.
  • Develop prospecting and demand-gen training for AE, ADR, and Trainee teams.
  • Track and report sales/trainee metrics; align with commercial leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, CS to coordinate enablement projects.
  • Ensure onboarding for sales pros and trainees during ramp-up.
  • Design and deliver internal trainings from alignment to live facilitation (in-person or virtual).
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS leaders to align on acquisition and expansion strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven GTM Enablement success with measurable productivity gains for ADR, AE, SE, CS, and Trainees.
  • 3+ years in revenue ops, enablement, or B2B sales performance.
  • Experience collaborating with AEs, SEs, CS, ADRs, and Sales Trainees.
  • Excellent organizational/logistical skills for events and trainings.
  • Strong analytical mindset; tracks KPIs and builds dashboards.
  • Clear, collaborative communicator in cross-functional settings.
  • Passion for enabling sales teams and leaders to drive measurable impact.
