• 7+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Strategy, or GTM Ops (B2B SaaS PLG).
• Experience building core sales ops: planning, forecasting, pipeline management.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
• Builder mentality: move fast, document well, and improve systems.
• Ability to prioritize urgent work and drive speed.
• Thrive in an action-oriented, distributed environment.
