GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain the integrated data layer across Corti’s commercial data.
• Own the event tracking layer so analytics reflect actual activity.
• Build enrichment pipelines from third-party data and internal signals.
• Design workflows, automations, and backend services for GTM.
• Eliminate repetitive GTM processes through automation.
• Collaborate with Growth, RevOps, and GTM teams to align data models.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level software engineer with exposure to Growth, Sales, or GTM teams.
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript backend skills.
• Experience integrating tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiar with analytics/data tools: PostHog, Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, GTM.
• ETL, data synchronization, or workflow automation experience a plus.
• Excellent English communication, including remote collaboration.
