GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and optimize the outbound prospecting engine from scratch.
• Use Clay for data enrichment and Instantly for sequencing.
• Own inbound qualification of leads from website, referrals, partners.
• Run product demos tailored to each prospect; close deals.
• Own HubSpot pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Build GTM automation workflows to remove manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years in sales, business development, GTME, or related.
• Built outbound campaigns generating real pipeline and closed deals.
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar GTM tools.
• Comfort selling to non-technical buyers (e.g., appliance owners).
• Ability to build automations or workflows to improve processes.
• Willingness to test new segments and channels quickly.
