🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools in GTM/RevOps.
• 2+ years across GTM systems like Salesforce and Gong; improve processes.
• Hands-on experience with GTM systems and automation tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Zapier, AI tools).
• Strong systems judgement: distinguish quick builds from durable enterprise-grade solutions.
• High-agency builder mindset: entrepreneurial, resourceful, and autonomous.
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly turning loosely defined problems into practical solutions.
