GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build GTM data workflows and infrastructure powering pipeline and retention.
• Turn GTM workflows into measurable systems with Clay, Gong, and Salesforce.
• Work with revenue leadership to design scalable GTM architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations
• Hands-on Clay: enrichment waterfalls, scoring models, CRM pipelines
• Gong admin experience: Flows and coaching triggers
• Salesforce admin: flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards
• Shipping AI GTM workflows using LLM APIs
• SQL and data warehouse familiarity
