GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated GTM workflows that support demand generation, ABM, inbound conversion
• Connect and orchestrate systems across tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, G2, RollWorks
• Translate buying signals and account activity into actionable sales and marketing plays.
• Build workflows for account research, contact acquisition, enrichment, deduplication, segmentation
• Create systems to help Sales and BDR teams understand who to contact, why now, what to say, and
• Develop intent-driven plays for strategic accounts and improve data quality, routing logic, and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in GTM engineering, demand generation, revenue operations, marketing operations, or
• Strong comfort with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Hands-on experience building workflows with Zapier, Google Sheets, enrichment platforms, AI tools
• Ability to transform data into clean, revenue-driving workflows and strong understanding of B2B
• Cross-functional communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data synchronization.
