GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the GTM infrastructure powering demand, trials, and ARR
• Build and improve billing, CPQ flows, and Salesforce syncs
• Evolve Salesforce infra toward a headless, flexible architecture
• Enable Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to apply AI across funnels
• Create a unified lead funnel across Growth, pages, and workflows
• Collaborate with Eng, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product, engineering, and GTM; 1-2 years as a builder
• Proven ship track record impacting customers
• Strong product sense and solution orientation
• Deep customer empathy and research skills
• Data fluency for quantitative and qualitative insights
• Comfort discussing architecture with engineers and ambiguity
