GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize GTM systems using Clay.
• Create workflows, integrations, and data processes for targeting.
• Implement Clay workflows, data enrichment, scoring, prioritization.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations; ensure data sync.
• Automate GTM processes to improve efficiency and pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Marketing; train stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business systems, CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience building workflows in Clay.
• Experience with SFDC CRM or similar tool.
• Interest in applying AI to improve GTM processes.
• Fluent English; process & system minded; business-savvy.
