GTM Engineer, AI & Automation

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship AI/automation across GTM motion (prospecting to retention).
• Build scalable agents/workflows to reduce repetitive work for Sales/Marketing.
• Instrument the customer lifecycle; connect GTM data to trigger actions automatically.
• Partner with field teams to identify AI opportunities and implement usable systems.
• Own end-to-end; design, deploy, measure impact, and improve with evals/monitoring.
• Set AI guardrails: data quality, prompts, evals, human reviews, safe controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building automation in GTM/RevOps with production systems.
• Production GTM stack: Salesforce, Gong Engage, Vercel, Clay, n8n, Postgres.
• Hands-on dev in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Fluent with AI tooling: LLM APIs, agents, prompts, evals, embeddings, vector search.
• Strong data-activation: SQL, APIs, integrations, dbt, moving data to GTM.
• Builder who ships; own ideas to production and measure impact.
