GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build ICP scoring models and signal pipelines across our stack.
• Own data transformation: pull from CRM and enrichment APIs; normalize and push to Salesforce.
• Partner with RevOps on data definitions and quality.
• AI-assisted GTM workflows: apply LLMs to automate research, enrichment, and outreach.
• Middleware & integration: build orchestration connecting GTM tools; own full lifecycle of integrations.
• Experimentation & measurement: build scalable GTM experiments and instrument signals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or related technical role
• Python: proficiency with pandas, data transformation pipelines, scoring models, and structured output formatting
• Integration Engineering: ingest data from multiple sources; transform at midpoint layer; route outputs to Zapier, n8n, or custom API orchestration
• Salesforce: strong data fluency; knowledge of object model; SOQL
• Problem Solving: translate open-ended questions into working systems with minimal spec; consulting/agency/early-stage SaaS fits
• LLMs: familiarity with LLMs in production contexts—classification, extraction, summarization, prompt chaining
