GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the inbound path from form fill or meeting request to first rep touch, and cut response time to
• Build lead-to-account matching, qualification and routing logic, with clear SLAs and alerts when
• Design and automate instant follow-up: rep notifications, meeting booking, and context-rich
• Design signal-based plays for Sales and Marketing, and turn each signal into an action.
• Partner with Marketing on campaign follow-up, event lead processing and nurture handoffs.
• Map where reps, SDRs, marketers and CSMs spend time on low-value tasks, and rank fixes by hours

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical GTM role such as GTM engineering, RevOps systems, marketing ops engineering
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and how lead
• Hands-on experience building production workflows in at least one automation platform, such as n8n
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication; able to read API docs and connect two
• Working scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, and basic SQL.
