GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize high-leverage GTM motion with marketing
• Build automations with Claude Code, Zapier, and n8n to production
• Own ICP segmentation and scoring; turn data into sales-ready insights
• Design multi-channel prospecting pipelines with testing and routing
• Support ABM and paid media: targeting LinkedIn/Google and automation
• Use AI to scale inbound demand; improve capture, routing, speed-to-lead

🎯 Requirements

• GTM engineering, revenue tech, or data engineering experience
• Bias toward action; ship prototypes and iterate
• Hands-on with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay)
• Salesforce familiarity; CRM integration/automation
• Experience with APIs REST, webhooks, OAuth
• Owner mindset; focus on solving the right problems
• AI space engagement with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
