  • Own and improve post-sale workflows across CS, Professional Services, Partner Ops, and Sales-to-CS handoffs, incl. SLAs, intake, routing, and escalation paths
  • Build and maintain GTM systems and processes in Salesforce to reduce manual work and improve data quality
  • Partner with CS, Services, and Partnerships to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for retention and health
  • Project-manage enablement initiatives, process rollouts, and change management for GTM teams
  • Support sales and financial planning, forecasting inputs, and quote-to-cash reporting where GTM data intersects
  • Diagnose bottlenecks and drive high-impact automation from requirements through launch

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, Customer Success Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Ops/Systems, consulting, or an analytical role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Sheets and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to build, document, and roll out processes across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Technical: SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling, CRM administration, workflow automation, BI/dashboard creation
  • High ownership, curious, practical, detail-oriented, and able to ship solutions
