GTM Engineer (Go-to-market) | Regulated DTC Consumer Brand

📋 Description

• Build and operate the trade and partnership outbound engine, including defining target segments
• Determine when automated sequencing is appropriate and when personalized, manual outreach is
• Equip field teams involved in sampling, retail visits, and trade events with targeted prospect
• Work directly with field and sales teams to gather feedback, identify opportunities for
• Own growth channels available within the regulatory environment, including search and content
• Build and maintain the measurement and reconciliation processes behind owned growth channels

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience directing Claude Code or an equivalent AI coding agent on live
• At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally with a track record of moving beyond
• Proven experience running cold outbound campaigns end-to-end, including list building, sequence
• Strong data literacy, including the ability to work confidently with CSV files, understand data
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, or demonstrated ability to direct AI tools to write
• Experience using Git and working with software development workflows.
