GTM Engineer – Meesho AI Services (MAS)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and manage automated lead generation systems.
• Execute outbound motions: cold calling, emailing, and account-based prospecting.
• Map client org structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
• Partner with GTM Leader on MQL to SQL conversion strategy and ICP refinement.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business problems and buying journey.
• Lead product demonstrations calls, clearly explaining MAS and its value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in GTM, business development, sales engineering, growth, or related function.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar platforms).
• Strong comfort with cold outreach, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain a technical or AI-led product to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including conducting calls or presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and act on performance metrics.
