📋 Description

• Automate contract-to-billing configuration before go-live
• Own onboarding activation tracker to live and billing
• Build billing reconciliation automation; resolve disputes with customers
• Automate SIM order intake and logistics; reduce AE operational path
• Build renewal-admin engine; renewal calendar and Salesforce hygiene
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling into post-sale stack

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM engineering or automation-heavy ops
• Experience building automations, integrations, or AI workflows (Zapier-level; Python/APIs)
• Experience with Salesforce or a CRM; hygiene affects downstream reporting
• Experience with Gong or a call-intelligence platform; reduce manual CRM data entry
• Experience automating margin/pricing data to signals
• Comfortable using Linear to track multi-week workstreams
