📋 Description

  • Own the AI and automation infra powering GTM, incl. data enrichment and AI-driven outreach.
  • Design scalable systems using Clay and Make; act as architect and builder.
  • Lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to adoption with measurable impact.
  • Collaborate across RevOps, Data, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Build tools that improve efficiency and drive sales outcomes.
  • Balance delivery with adoption and business impact metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops, GTM Eng, or technical RevOps in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of Clay, Make (or Zapier/n8n), and Salesforce.
  • Familiar with GTM stack: SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Snowflake.
  • Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical, systems-thinking and solution orientation.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management with clear tech trade-offs.
