  • Own AI/automation infra powering GTM: enrichment, outreach, coaching, forecasting.
  • Build scalable systems in Clay and Make; end-to-end pipelines.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and measure impact with data.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to adoption; unblock blockers.
  • Partner with RevOps/Data to audit data and ensure Salesforce reporting.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops or GTM Eng in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge in Clay, Make (Zapier/n8n), and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on with GTM stack: SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Snowflake.
  • Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical, systems thinking, and solution orientation.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder mgmt; able to present trade-offs to execs.
