📋 Description

• Deliver multichannel campaigns end to end
• Build target lists, source and enrich the right contacts
• Write messaging in German and English
• Build plugins or scrapers that generate high-intent leads
• Transform website engagement into automated outbound triggers
• Create repeatable playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Technical thinking combined with commercial curiosity
• Drive to learn quickly and take on real responsibility
• Ability to build own automations, workflows, or tools using AI
• Fluency in both German and English
• Entrepreneurial experience (side project, student society, or small business) is a plus
• First experience in GTM engineering, sales operations, or automation is an advantage but not
