GTM Field Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Strategic business partnering with GTM teams via financial modeling.
• Own financial validation for complex deals, terms and bookings.
• Evaluate renewal health by analyzing customer payment behavior.
• Review deal approvals under finance and approval matrix.
• Drive Tableau dashboards for ARR, ACV, Net Retention, LTV/CAC.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly bookings; identify risks and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in FP&A/Corporate Finance or Sales Ops (SaaS).
• Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce; Pigment experience helpful.
• Deep SaaS metrics fluency.
• Commercial acumen; push back on sales structures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Strong communication; comfortable in remote-first global culture; English required.
