GTM Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Own GTM unit economics; drive CAC, payback, magic number, margins by segment.
• Build ROI frameworks to prioritize GTM investments across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS.
• Drive sales capacity planning; optimize rep counts, deployment, ramp, and quotas.
• Lead GTM planning and forecasting cycles; align assumptions, headcount, and spend.
• Own GTM metrics—pipeline coverage, ramp, cost per pipeline, CAC payback.
• Manage GTM budget with variance analysis and forward guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance or Sales Finance; 3+ years partnering with GTM teams.
• Executive presence to communicate with senior leadership.
• First-principles thinker; curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• SQL, Anaplan (or similar), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
