GTM Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Own headcount management for Sales Engineering & Alliances
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting for actuals and forecasts
• Present monthly and quarterly reviews to Sales and Finance Executives
• Provide ad hoc reporting to senior management
• Mentor junior analysts and build independent, trainable processes
• RoI/Cost-benefits ratios and KPIs of supporting orgs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience with a Bachelor's, or 6+ with a Master's
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong partner relationships
• Prior experience managing headcount and conducting BvA calls
• Experience with sales bookings plan, expense plan, headcount ratios
• Excellent attention to detail
