🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Strategic Finance, or GTM Strategy & Ops
  • Strong analytical skills in performance measurement or incentive management
  • Deep understanding of governance related to variable compensation
  • Experience supporting performance-based GTM programs across sales and post-sales
  • Experience with CRM, HRIS, and incentive compensation / performance tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and project management; able to align cross-functional teams
