GTM Knowledge Engineer

📋 Description

• Build GTM enablement agents and agentic layers to automate seller work.
• Orchestrate backend layers to surface the exact agent or asset when needed.
• Agent onboarding, certification, and AI role-play environments.
• In-call and co-selling assistance with real-time guidance inside calls.
• Automate content maintenance via data pipelines for freshness.
• Drive Q2C automation and CPQ workflow fluency in sales lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on engineering; 1+ year building AI agents.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript or Python; API experience.
• Experience with APIs, vector storage, and AI orchestration (Claude, LLMs).
• Usable UX development for non-technical users.
• B2B SaaS workflows, MEDDPICC, CRM/CPQ, data monitoring (SQL, Snowflake).
• Prototyping mindset: read, review, and debug JS or Python code.
