📋 Description

• Own the strategy, plan, process, and engine that enables GTM motions and skills-based enablement
• Build the AI-native system that adapts globally applicable enablement into personalized tracks by
• Build hands-on: apps, agents and skills, content, and automated processes, all AI-first, piloting
• Partner with the teammates who create globally applicable enablement so their work plugs cleanly
• Coordinate with regional teams around the world to pilot, refine, and localize outputs.
• Install operating rigor, cadence, metrics, and reviews, that other teams adopt, and run a two-way

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a GTM role (sales or pre-sales), product management, product marketing, or sales
• Deep fluency across the data, AI, and frontier-model landscape, with a track record of simplifying
• A fully hands-on, AI-native builder who personally builds and ships apps, skills, content, and
• Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management, with the EQ and exec presence to influence
• The bias for action to rapidly pilot, assess the results, and iterate.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous, multi-priority situations.
