📋 Description

• Drive productivity across Agent Development; identify blockers and measure impact.
• Pilot programs and usage tracking to boost adoption.
• Define and maintain playbooks and SOPs for day-to-day ops.
• Build AI-native tools and workflows to scale the team.
• Create feedback loops from the field to improve onboarding and tooling.
• Own onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in management consulting/strategy & operations in tech.
• Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs and making ad hoc work repeatable.
• Strong analytical rigor; build metrics to measure productivity and ramp progress.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; independently structure open-ended problems; drive cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication; influence stakeholders; partner with Agent Dev leadership.
• Technical fluency; built apps/internal tools; can use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to create internal solutions.
