📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects for new markets.
• Perform financial and data analysis on product performance.
• Develop frameworks for annual planning.
• Partner with leaders to improve planning, performance & execution.
• Master daily operations, identify inefficiencies, optimize processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 yrs in IB/consulting/PE/strategy or ops; 2+ yrs in banking/consulting.
• Strong English and business Japanese; distill ideas for executives.
• High EQ and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-driven, methodical; multitask and meet deadlines.
• SQL experience.
• Startup experience (0-1) in an operational role.
