📋 Description

• Partner with Agent Dev leadership to run strategy and ops.
• Establish cadence to reveal business health and pipeline.
• Define and scale playbooks for deploying AI agents at enterprises.
• Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities; build repeatable motions.
• Analyze data to offer executive-ready actions.
• Build internal tooling with AI using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in strategy/ops at top tech firms.
• Strong analytical rigor; translate data into insights.
• Experience supporting sales/post-sales or commercial teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity; structure complex problems.
• Commercial instinct; understands enterprise tech deployment.
• Strong communication; influence senior stakeholders.
