GTM Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support customers from onboarding to renewals and ongoing success.
• Own and navigate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Stripe, internal tools).
• Conduct calls, live demos, and implementation sessions.
• Investigate customer billing questions, subscriptions, and payments.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM records in HubSpot.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in a B2B SaaS or tech company in CS, Sales, Revenue Ops.
• Bias for action and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience; familiarity with Stripe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick to learn, adapt, and master new systems/tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus; Spanish is a plus but not required.
