Anticipate system integration risks; manage cross-system data movement.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in business ops, systems or technical program mgmt
Proven end-to-end systems ownership in cross-functional teams
Strong SQL and data architecture or pipelines
Experience leading process redesign and automation
Influence senior stakeholders and build investment cases
Translate business needs into system specs for stakeholders
Preferred: Anaplan, Salesforce, approval flows
