Design and optimize offline acquiring workflows from onboarding to settlement.
Identify bottlenecks and automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Manage relationships with payment partners, terminal vendors, ISOs, and providers.
Develop SOPs for POS deployments, inventory, and on-site support.
Oversee offline merchant onboarding with KYC/AML compliance.
Set KPIs and monitor settlements to resolve discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Payments Operations or similar in banks/fintech.
Deep experience in offline acquiring and merchant services (POS/terminals).
Strong knowledge of card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and PCI P2PE.
Ability to design, document, and implement scalable operational processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
Proficiency with payments processing platforms and settlement tools.
