  • Lead LATAM partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Drive LATAM GTM initiatives: content launches, promos, pricing, growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, growth, go-to-market, strategy, or related roles, ideally within entertainment, media, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and regional consumer behavior.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content, Lifecycle, Business Development, and Finance teams.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.
