GTM Process & Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Analyze existing sales workflows by working directly with Business Development Representatives
• Map end-to-end sales journeys, evaluate system usage, identify repetitive manual activities, and
• Define and prioritize improvement initiatives using measurable baselines, expected business impact
• Develop recommendations supported by field feedback, system data, and sales call insights
• Design, build, and implement workflow automations, AI agents, and internal tools using n8n, Claude
• Optimize sales processes across SMB and Mid-Market segments, ensuring consistent execution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement
• Proven experience redesigning business or sales processes based on employee feedback and driving
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales workflows and experience optimizing processes across
• Demonstrated ability to identify repetitive manual tasks, assess their operational cost, and
• Hands-on experience building and deploying workflow automations, AI agents, or internal tools, with
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong; experience with Clay, n8n, or comparable workflow automation
