• Design and scale GTM operational systems powering our sales org.
• Build end-to-end GTM ops for sales lifecycle from lead routing to delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enable growth.
• Create data foundations, routing accuracy, and governance in SFDC.
• Define account structures and territory foundations for efficient selling.
• Drive automation and insights to boost field efficiency and velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong systems thinking to design and scale sales processes and workflows.
• Proven automation experience with an AI-forward mindset.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data tools (SQL, Excel).
• Experience with territory design, account structures, and pipelines.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
