GTM Program Manager, Revenue Onboarding

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of Revenue bootcamp, including program planning, logistics, facilitator
• Build and maintain a scalable onboarding curriculum with subject matter experts, covering Vanta’s
• Partner with Field Enablement to connect bootcamp with role-specific learning, practice, and
• Establish clear ownership, timelines, and review processes so onboarding content stays accurate
• Equip hiring managers with visibility into onboarding progress and clear opportunities to reinforce
• Identify gaps by role, region, and stage of onboarding, then translate learner feedback, manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or program management, ideally in a revenue
• Experience designing and facilitating live, in-person training for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Track record of running large, multi-stakeholder programs end to end.
• Experience defining and reporting on program metrics such as ramp, NPS, and productivity.
• Experience in SaaS; experience supporting a technical product is preferred.
• Strong ability to diagnose capability gaps and translate them into focused priorities.
