GTM Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Revenue Operations project backlog in Jira as the single accountable person for its
• Maintain completeness of required fields on every ticket — assignee, effort, impact, ELT sponsor
• Run the team stand-ups, including agenda, follow-ups, and documented actions.
• Track delivery dates and confidence levels across the portfolio, and escalate items trending toward
• Produce the recurring delivery reporting used by Revenue Operations leadership and executive
• Directly manage a defined subset of projects end to end — scoping, planning, coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in project management, program management, or delivery management, including ownership of
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership of Jira as the system of record for a delivery portfolio — not
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones, including North America and
• Experience running delivery cadences — stand-ups, sprint or roadmap reviews, retrospectives — and
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including the confidence to chase commitments
• Experience in a business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or technology delivery
