📋 Description

• Own GTM recruiting for Sales, CSM, Marketing, Partnerships, and revenue teams.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and define needed profiles.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences to attract top AI talent.
• Partner with founders and leaders to shape teams for go-to-market.
• Create scalable recruiting processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting in go-to-market, startup, SaaS, or tech.
• Deep familiarity with GTM roles and compensation models (AE, CSM, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships).
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines; close top candidates.
• Exceptional sourcing instincts to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Experience managing ATS workflows (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can sell a vision.
