GTM Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Mercor's GTM organization: Sales, Partnerships/BD, and Growth with
• Assess for what GTM roles actually require: quota attainment, deal-cycle ownership
• Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor's own product
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene
• Operationalize hiring systems: track and optimize funnel metrics by role and segment
• Champion speed and quality: drive SLAs for fast decisions, fast offers, and a candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically for GTM roles - Account Executives, Data
• Fluency in what makes a GTM hire strong: market research and account prospecting, deal-cycle and
• Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven
• High motor, outcome-oriented approach; Mercor is in hypergrowth, and GTM hiring is a direct driver
• Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently with GTM leadership, Account Leads, and
• Confident representing the Mercor brand to top GTM candidates in a competitive market
