• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM and sales positions, managing searches from intake and
• Partner closely with GTM and sales leaders to define roles, establish clear hiring profiles
• Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each search, balancing scalable, high-volume pipeline
• Build and maintain deep pipelines of GTM talent through proactive market mapping, sourcing
• Use recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and market intelligence to diagnose searches, identify
• Deliver a polished, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct responsibility for recruiting sales
• Demonstrated ability to move effectively between high-volume entry-level or individual contributor
• Proven success identifying and hiring high-performing sales professionals and contributing to the
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment where priorities, organizational structures, and
• Strong ability to use recruiting data and market insights to evaluate search performance, identify
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, building trusted relationships with sales and GTM
