GTM Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 open GTM roles at a time, from intake and sourcing through offer
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities, events, and
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate market research, craft tailored candidate messaging, and
• Run Zoom screens that assess for what matters in each role (pipeline generation, technical fluency
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, run interview loops in Greenhouse, and keep
• Manage offers end to end, including OTE and commission conversations, competing offers, and closing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with significant experience hiring GTM roles (sales, customer
• A track record of hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires a year) across levels, from SDR to senior AE
• Strong passive sourcing skills: boolean search, creative channels, and comfort using AI tools to
• Curiosity about the AI landscape and a creative approach to reaching talent
• Working knowledge of sales roles and comp (OTE, quota, ramp) and the ability to sell a role to
• Experience with Greenhouse (or a similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and a sourcing CRM like Juicebox
