🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with GTM/Sales focus.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting software.
• Genuine passion for candidate experience and quality of hire.
• Collaborative, growth-minded approach; able to partner with leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple full-cycle searches in a fast-growing environment.
