Own full-cycle recruiting across the GTM organization as your primary focus, spanning entry-level

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with direct experience recruiting for
Demonstrated ability to flex between high-volume entry-level hiring and executive/leadership
Proven track record of placing top sales talent and contributing to high-performing GTM teams
Data-driven approach, with the ability to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights to
