GTM Recruiter

📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Head of Revenue and GTM leadership to define hiring priorities.
• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting for roles including AEs, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, Marketing.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, network mapping, and outreach.
• Drive role calibration with hiring managers to define what great looks like.
• Run disciplined end-to-end recruiting from kickoff to close.
• Develop market maps across AI, infrastructure, developer tools, SaaS, and enterprise software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including GTM talent.
• Experience with high-growth startups and technical companies (AI/SaaS).
• Partner with sales and leaders on role calibration and assessment.
• Proven ability to source and close high-quality passive candidates.
• Strong judgment on GTM profiles, including sales, solutions, and customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
