• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth GTM roles
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing top talent across levels
• Experience coaching hiring managers through recruiting process with talent density focus
• Ability to build diverse pipelines and guide inclusive teams
• Strong communication and attention to detail for high-quality recruiting experiences
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
