📋 Description

• Run full-cycle GTM hiring for outbound Sales, Growth, Ops, Enablement in Mexico & LATAM.
• Source passive candidates; build pipelines beyond active applicants.
• Build talent mapping and market insights before outreach.
• Support Technology hiring as needed, aligning with GTM needs.
• Partner with GTM leaders; advocate Cloudbeds in Mexico.
• Manage hiring in Greenhouse; maintain clean data and stakeholder updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS/tech or agency (GTM focus).
• Strong stakeholder management; influence senior leaders.
• Solid track record hiring across GTM functions (Sales, Ops, Enablement).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse; sourcing tools.
• Hands-on AI in sourcing, research, outreach, or efficiency.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; LATAM-based.
