GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst – Channel Sales

📋 Description

• Own partner GTM systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them and their operational
• Build and deploy the Salesforce automation behind them: record-triggered and screen flows
• Own partner attribution from first touch to payout: referral capture, deal registration
• Own the integrations across the stack, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting
• Prioritize incoming requests against ROI. Make the call on what gets built, what gets deferred and
• Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing and tradeoffs and carry it through to closure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience, plus real depth in HubSpot
• Non-trivial Salesforce flows built and debugged when they broke, and a clear view of why
• A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: ambiguous requests taken on, decided
• Fluency translating business requirements into a solution, and authoring that solution in terms of
• A metric-driven approach to prioritization: requests ranked on ROI, effort weighed against ongoing
