📋 Description

• Partner directly with GTM leaders to align on goals and needs.
• Own end-to-end recruiting from kickoff to close.
• Build and execute talent strategies for critical GTM searches.
• Identify and close top GTM talent via outreach and networking.
• Maintain a high hiring bar and advise on assessment and calibration.
• Influence offer strategy and close plans for top candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech.
• Experience hiring GTM talent across sales, field engineering, CS, or partnerships.
• Strategic partner to executives and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
• Exceptional assessment skills and sound judgment on talent, hiring, and team building.
• Excellent communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
