📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in banking, hospitality, and retail.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop targeted outreach and leads.
• Present PolyAI’s capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value.
• Work with internal teams to ensure handovers from sales to delivery.

• Proven success in business development, closing deals, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; articulate complex solutions clearly.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate to compelling solutions.
• Experience in consultative selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and enterprise software sales.
• Experience selling into contact centers and customer service industries.
